Professional Experience
Previously, Jeanette was a Director of Heylen Research Centre, in New Zealand - the agency she had begun her research career at, and then rejoined, after working in both quantitative and qualitative research overseas. In London and Singapore, Jeanette developed extensive experience on Pan-European and Pan-Asia marketing and communications strategies for major, international FMCG players. At Phoenix, she specialises in directing qualitative research in both the market and social research sectors.
